My newest group offering starts May 2!

Wild & Rooted is a gentle, cozy space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect—with your creativity, your values, and your inner world.

Over 5 weeks, you’ll be guided through art-making, journaling, and reflection practices inspired by nature, helping you feel more grounded, present, and supported.

Think warm tea, quiet moments, creative flow, and meaningful connection—without pressure to be “productive” or perfect.

📆 Dates: Saturdays, May 2, 9, 23, 30, June 6 (note: group does not run on May 16 for the Victoria Day long weekend).

⏰ Time: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm EST / 8:00 am - 10:00 am PST

🌐 Location: Online (Zoom)

🌞 Duration: 5 weeks

What to Expect

This group was created to help you explore your connection to self using nature as a guide. Art-making connects us to our intuitive, authentic and deep rooted selves. Together, we explore our natural rhythms and cycles, expand on groundedness techniques, embrace hope and interconnection and lean into whimsy and magic. Coziness and community is emphasized to create a therapeutic space you want to come back to week after week.

Each session includes guided prompts, at least 45 minutes of independent art-making, and sharing in a supportive space.

No art experience needed—this is about expression, not skill.
