spring offerings

Spring is just around the corner and I have some groups and workshops coming up in Vancouver in the next few weeks.

Studio Workshops

šŸŒž The spring equinox is on March 20, marking the first official day of spring! To mark the occasion, I am offering two vision boarding workshops on Saturday March 18 and Sunday March 19.

🌚 The first new moon of spring is soon after on Tuesday March 21. You can join me at the studio for a new moon ritual with tea, journalling, intention-setting and art-making.

🪔 It is spring break for the littles! I am offering a kid’s weaving workshop on Wednesday March 22. Keeping those hands busy and crafting on this break from school.

🧶 Wednesday weaving club has more seats than ever before! I love to see how Vancouverites gravitate towards this weekly group. Since it’s been selling out lately, I opened up more spots. Now we get to weave in the studio and in the cozy sitting room, which gives a real clubhouse vibe that I adore.

Art Therapy Groups

My most popular groups are back for spring, with a bit of a twist.

šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸŽØ Self-Exploration through Art is a 4-week group running on Saturday mornings March 25 - April 22. We dive deep on your understanding of self, uncover personal metaphors and connect with core values.

ā™„ļø Self Love Club is a 6-week group running on Tuesday evenings April 4 - May 9. In this group, we focus on exploring personal love languages and creating a self-love practice.

I know that committing to a weekly group can be overwhelming, so I have put in place some systems to ease anxiety and increase accessibility. I now offer

ā˜Žļø an initial phone consultation for you to ask any questions you have and see if joining is right for you

šŸ’µ payment plans to ease any burden of a one-time payment
